Chloe has a long-standing engagement with the practices, discourses and social structures of media arts and experimental sound practice. Originally trained as a cognitive neuroscientist at Brown & Harvard Universities in the US and with an MA at the Courtauld Institute of Art on contemporary sound art, Chloe has an inherent interest in manipulations of processes of perception.

She has been operating as an editor, researcher, organiser, producer, independent curator and administrator in settings including individual artists, collaborative projects, collectives, arts institutions & festivals.

She is a member of Low-fi, a collective focusing on net art & mediation & distribution systems, has curated shows alone and in collaboration in, among others, the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA), STILLS and E:vent Gallery, and was an organiser for Node.London, London’s first media arts festival.
