Simon Gould
Simon Gould is an independent curator, specialising in interdisciplinary art projects. He is currently Curator at the late John Latham's house Flat Time Ho where he is working on archiving Latham's papers, writings and other documents as well as curating exhibitions and publications with artists informed by Latham's ideas.
He was resident curator at the National Institute for Medical Research (NIMR) in North London from 2003-2006, organising artist residencies, talks, exhibitions, publications and other interventions.
He co-curated with Ruth Maclennan the exhibition and series of debates State of Mind at the London School of Economics (London, 2005) in which artists (including Richard Wentworth, Susan Hiller, Uriel Orlow), scientists and social scientists presented their perspectives on different aspects of the Mind.
Other curatorial projects include DMZ Media Arts Festival (London, 2003) and the exhibition About Belief at the South London Gallery (2002).
